Shipping policy
We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our delivery service.
Delivery options
- Standard Delivery: £2.99. Free on orders of £50 or more. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days.
- Express Delivery: £3.99. Delivery takes up to 2 business days.
Dispatch and delivery times
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times start from the day we dispatch your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen, for example in busy periods or bad weather.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Scottish islands. Delivery to these areas can take longer than the times above. We do not deliver outside the UK.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
