Return Conditions
You can return your item within 35 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@chasestores.co.uk with your order number to let us know you would like to return an item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Send it back to us at: Unit 9B Astle Retail Park, West Bromwich, B70 8NS, United Kingdom.
Return postage is £1.99, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@chasestores.co.uk within 35 days of receiving it. We will arrange a free return and offer you a full refund or replacement.
